🚨BIG: The prime accused of the Ranjit Bora Murder Case – Shah Alam Talukdar, was KILLED in an encounter with police earlier today, at 05:50 AM in Sonapur.
He has received 2-bullets in his chest. Currently, his body has been kept at the morgue of GMCH.
Shah Alam escaped Police Custody on the night of February 16. Police began an intensive operation to search for Shah Alam since then.
The prime accused previously tried to take an ‘extreme step’ inside the Police Custody as well.
On November 21, 2022, Ranjit Bora, a ‘Purabi Diary’ Distributor was shot by two criminals, which include Shah Alam Talukdar in the Panjabari Area of Guwahati city. He was shot in broad daylight.
In another ‘unrelated’ tweet, Assam Police DGP, GP Singh cryptically wrote the meaning of ‘Merriam-Webster’.
“Merriam-Webster – The long arm of the law. – The ability of the police to find people who commit crimes,” GP Singh wrote.
