⚡️WATCH: What conversation did Shah Rukh Khan and Himanta Biswa Sarma have? Himanta reveals when asked.
Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has yet again taken a rigid stance on the Shah Rukh Khan starrer ‘Pathaan’ film controversy in Guwahati.
Speaking in an assertive tone, he asked the media persons to be not bothered so much by a single film and rather focus on burning issues of the state.
Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma also said that he is majorly unaware of Bollywood actors and therefore, he didn’t know who Shah Rukh Khan was and therefore, treated him as any normal person.
“He (SRK) texted me at 7:40 PM saying that he wants to talk to me but I had previous obligations that I needed to attend to. That’s why I got time at 2 AM and called him”, said CM Sarma.
Furthermore, Chief Minister said that if it’s humanely not possible to know the 3 crore people who voted for him then how could he know Shah Rukh Khan?
“I just watched 6-7 cinemas after 2001. I don’t know Bombay Film Actors’ names,” Himanta said.
